Two healthcare apps were developed by the CATCH ME consortium to improve treatment of atrial fibrillation (AF).
The apps inform about AF and its therapy, support the healthcare professional-patient relationship and thus improve treatment of AF patients.
The 'AF Manager' app is a state-of-the-art tool for healthcare professionals who treat patients with AF, including cardiologists, general practicioners, hospital doctors, nursing and allied health stuff.
Further information on the ‘My AF’ patient app can be found here.
